“ This is a historic General Store in Long Valley. There is a full service deli with a pizza oven and homemade baked goods. The sandwiches are fresh and generous. The pizza and calzones are great. We get the calzones and slice them to bring to parties. There is also a post office here and a small market with the basics. The bread pudding muffins are a favorite. ”
“ Great old time Country store with an absolutely insane menu. The menu is extensive. I had 2 sandwiches which were to die for (Cuban and Eggplant Parm). They have breakfast sandwiches, pizza, salads, etc, etc. You have to try it. ”

I came there with my 2 boys from Roxbury on a regular basis for the past dozen years or more since they were little and we would grab a few of those great sandwiches, some chips & drinks and picnic & play at the park around the corner. It was by far one of our favorite spots...we’re heartbroken and we’ll miss your store and the people that worked there very much. Thanks for being there all these years. You will be missed! ”

Seriously, call in and ask them to make you a fresh pizza, better than any Italian restaurant in the area and even better than the dedicated pizza parlors in the area. The deli sandwiches are also really good and the specials are fun every time. The lemon bar desserts are my favorite, and all the other options they have for teas and convenience items are very good. The staff is amazing and Carlos is a genius chef. This place has my patronage for life, it gets a little busy around lunch time with all the local workers going to get their favorite sandwich, but if there's a line make sure you wait. It is totally worth it. ”
